Janet McCrevan
Janet McCrevan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Montavallo in Montavallo, Alabama in 1989 where she majored in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education. She received her Master's Degree from the University of Montavallo in 1992 in Elementary Education and Early Childhood. She has various experiences teaching kindergarten, first, and second grades in the states of Alabama, Florida, Texas, and Louisiana since 1990. Mrs. McCrevan is married to Deverron and has one daughter. Gabrielle. Mrs. McCrevan enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and traveling.

Keri Moncrief
Kari Moncrief graduated with a B.S. in Elementary Education from Western Connecticut State University in 1992. After moving to Atlanta, Georgia she taught one year of Pre-K and then taught first grade for several years. With the birth of her fist child Sophia, Kari and her family moved to Shreveport to be closer to family. Kari most recently taught at St. Paul’s Day school in the 3year old, K-4, and bridging classes. Kari enjoys reading, walking and spending time with her family. She has been married to Jeff Moncrief since 2000 and has 2 children Sophia, who is a South Highlands tiger, and Evan who is 3.

Rebecca Posey
Rebecca Posey graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in 2005 from LouisianaStateUniversity in Shreveport. She is certified to teach grades first though fifth and in 2009 received her Early Childhood and Kindergarten Certification. Rebecca has worked in Caddo Parish since 2005 and has been a kindergarten, second, and now first grade teacher. Rebecca has been married to her husband Stephen since 2007. She loves to travel and spend time with her friends and family.

Faye Yates
Faye Yates returned to South Highlands after teaching for eleven years in Tampa, Florida. She previously taught kindergarten for South Highlands. While in Florida, she taught first grade for two years and then moved to fourth grade for two years. In fourth grade she and two other teachers successfully implemented the first laptop program in an elementary school. After four years in the classroom, she was asked to head the elementary library at Berkeley Preparatory School. Mrs. Yates received her education at the University of Arizona in Tuscon, Arizona and masters in reading and literacy education from LSUS and the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida.
